1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Growbit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your license

Growbit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Your data

Your habits and check-ins belong to you. Data is stored on your device, and if you use Cloud Sync it's stored under your account (see the Privacy Policy). You can export your data (Premium) and delete your account at any time in Settings. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important to you.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium features are available through a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Growbit account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Free tier and features

Growbit offers a free tier with limited habits and basic features. Premium unlocks additional features as described in the app. Features and limits may evolve as the app develops.

6. Not medical advice

Growbit is a habit tracking tool. It is not a medical, mental health, or fitness professional, and nothing in the app is medical advice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
